The Opportunity

THINKING GREEN's strategic objective is to become an integrated environmentally aware food producer for metropolitan areas where growing and delivering food is inherently challenging or even impossible. THINKING GREEN will integrate solar powered hydro-aquaponics, sprouting, conversion of organic waste into energy, and raising highest quality cattle in an "off the grid" reproducible and “scalable” facility.

This disruptive new high-tech approach to "farming" is designed to address the rising cost of land, labor, production costs, fuel and transportation while offering the finest product available AT ANY COST, all in a sustainable manner with a minimal ecological footprint.



THINKING GREEN's business model product never sacrifices the quality of the end product nor settle for inferior products to achieve a minimal ecological footprint. THINKING GREEN's forward thinking closed-loop system is designed to be reproducable in dozens or hundreds of "cookie cutter" installations. These installations can be “scaled” to various sizes to serve special markets throughout the country and internationally. We are particularly attractive to markets, such as the Middle East, where the climate is extreme or where there is little land and resources for the production of food and energy.




THINKING GREEN's flagship closed-loop system will be built outside the metropolitan area of Las Vegas, Nevada. The challenge of extreme heat, lack of rain, dry climate and fluctuating soil conditions make traditional agriculture almost impossible. The lack of any viable competition makes Las Vegas a market for THINKING GREEN's flagship installation. Our business model has the biggest markets advantage where there are extreme temperatures, little cultivable land, water is at a premium, organic pesticide free food is highly desired and there is a strong, unmet need for large quantities of exotic and high quality food production.

Great markets for us will be markets like the islands of the Caribbean or South Pacific (where almost all of the food is imported, they lack land for major agriculture) and the Middle East which is essentially all desert. Further, our facilities are completely scalable, able to decrease, increase or expand as needed to "rightsize" to each market.

Our Flagship Installation

THINKING GREEN is in contract to purchase a significant acreage outside of Las Vegas to build the flagship “off-the-grid” self-contained facility. Given the climate and environment in the desert of Nevada and the potential profit center of selling its product to the population of Las Vegas (approximately 93% of the food is imported in the state) and surrounding communities, it was a natural location to construct the first facility.

This will be the first self-contained facility of its kind on the planet Earth and may be the facilities that survive into the future. Once the facility is “on-line” and producing income, THINKING GREEN will turn its attention to scaling and reproducing the facility in other locations where survival is needed and profit can be made.
